Last few day ago, I went to a Malay restaurant in South area of Penang to have a very good dinner with my family.
This is my dessert, My favor ice kacang, love it .
em~yummy yummy~clam is very fresh!
we order two different type of clam, and use two different cooking method.
one is put the clam into the water, and boil it until it cooked.
other one is stir-fry clam with Tomato Tam Yam sauce and put the Kalabu on top. Love it ~
(what is Kalabu? cucumber or green mango cut into shreds and mix with shrimp and sour and spicy sauce.)
